The training of our foals begins the day they are born. With the use of gentle methods of haltering and leading, they learn to respect human space, and accept further training as they mature. Before they are weaned, our foals have learned to halter, lead, and stand tied. As their training progresses, each foal will calmly stand for baths, hoof trimming, vaccinations, and worming. Using safe, slow desensitizing procedures, they are introduced to scenarios similar to those of blanketing and saddling, as well as the feeling of rear and front cinch straps, britchens, bits, etc.
We are located in Western Montana, about forty miles outside of Missoula, and just less than three hours from Spokane, Washington. Most of our foals are sold, sight unseen, to out of state buyers. We will provide the best service possible to insure that you receive the horse you’ve been looking for. We will assist in setting up transportation services, and all blood work, health inspections, etc. will be taken care of well before the scheduled transport dates. We will do our utmost to provide individual attention for each buyer, and cater to any special requests from the decision to buy until the day of delivery.
